To provide the level of service you expect, treatment fees are collected once you’re ready to proceed.
If you have dental insurance, an estimated payment is required for the portion not covered by your plan.
For fees not covered by insurance, we offer several convenient payment methods:

It’s important to understand that reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for what constitutes appropriate care.
